01 — Open
Diagnose first
I open neutral — no pitch, no product. The first job is mapping where someone actually is against where they want to be, and naming what sits in the gap. Until both ends are clear there is nothing honest to offer.
Call review · Closer training · Sales systems
It has a diagnosis problem that only shows up at the close. I listen to the calls you already recorded, find where the conversation goes quiet, and rewrite the language that keeps losing — then spend eight hours with your closer until Monday sounds different.
What comes back on every reviewed call — scored against your offer, not a generic template.
Every line is timestamped to the moment in the recording, so a rep can hear the exact thirty seconds being corrected.
The record
Personal production, not team totals.
On the phone
Diagnosis before prescription. The buyer should hear their own reasoning, not mine.
01 — Open
I open neutral — no pitch, no product. The first job is mapping where someone actually is against where they want to be, and naming what sits in the gap. Until both ends are clear there is nothing honest to offer.
02 — Middle
Questions beat claims. I ask what caused the problem, how long it has run, and what it is costing. The buyer hears their own reasoning out loud instead of arguing with mine. Pressure creates resistance; clarity creates movement.
03 — Close
By the time price comes up the decision is largely made. I confirm the practical payoff and the personal one sitting behind it, agree next steps inside the call, and keep follow-up tight so deals stop dying between conversations.
A sixty-minute call is about fifty minutes of questions and five of presenting.
Why reps stall
Most underperformance is not a skill gap. It is avoidance — and avoidance is coachable once you name it.
Reps rarely lack ability. They quietly defer one specific kind of call. I identify which calls get pushed, and why, before coaching anything else.
Rank the avoided calls from lowest to highest stakes and climb deliberately. Throwing someone straight at the hardest conversation makes avoidance stronger, not weaker.
Every hard conversation gets a rehearsed sequence — including the ones about debt, death, and family. “What do I even say?” stops being an open question.
Roleplay with specific feedback before the call, five structured minutes after it. Exposure on its own does not build the skill; the feedback loop does.

Priced against outcomes, not hours. One recovered deal covers any tier on this page.
Three calls reviewed with timestamps. Your five highest-impact fixes, ranked in order.
3-day deliveryRewritten language for your five top objections, plus a walkthrough video so the team hears the reasoning behind each change.
4-day deliveryTen calls, three reps, a per-rep scorecard, a 60-minute live debrief, and a cadence template.
5-day deliveryAll three fix the calls you already recorded. The weekend fixes the closer who made them.
The system
The assets and tooling that keep good selling repeatable after I leave.
Your own calls rewritten into scripts a rep can read live. Colour-coded so coaching notes, the rep’s words, and the expected reply never blur together.
An agent that scores calls against your rubric instead of a generic template. Built in your account, so you own the prompts and the billing.
For land teams: send a parcel, get a recommended offer range and a walk-away number. Title flags, zoning, access, comps, and the subdivision math.
Most people who review sales calls have never closed. Most people who build the software have never sold. I have done both.
The flagship
One closer. One weekend. Four hours Saturday, four Sunday — and a guarantee.
What is inside — and what each part costs on its own
One closer per weekend. That is the entire constraint.
The guarantee
No pro-rating and no partial credit. You either see the change, or I work the second weekend free.
What you keep
The scorecard, the rewritten language, and the cadence template stay with your team — whether or not you ever book me again.
The first call
No pitch and no slides — we read your numbers and find the block.
First minutes
We start with what is actually happening: lead flow, contact rate, how many conversations become offers, and the point in your pipeline where things reliably go quiet.
The middle
Most teams do not have a closing problem — they have a discovery problem that only shows up at the close. We find whether it is skipped diagnosis, objections nobody answered, or follow-up that quietly stopped.
Before we hang up
You leave with the specific problem named, the root cause behind it, and options — so you can make an informed decision whether or not you ever hire me.
